An initial meet and greet will ensure that we are all on the same page. From there We aim to learn as much as possible about the company culture, values and the way they do business. then provide a quote.

RESEARCH & analysis
Research your market and target audience, knowing your competitors, analysis it and find out where to position your brand. From there we will provide identical visual concept to set apart your brand from everybody else.

Concept development
As one of the concept is approved, we will start to explore the possibilities around it, then develop this conceptual idea into a deeper, richer plan. we will ask you one simple question before crafting your brand’s visuals and identity: how and where will the logo be used most of the time? Different usage of the logo tells us what needs to be aware when logo apply to different mediums.

Here we sketching ideas and do draft design like crazy, internally we tried out a numerous direction, but only present one or two that has best potential to you. Because produce many half-baked ideas is relatively easy and it may confuse your decision, as a professional firm we don’t want our client being forced to choose but receive our best effort solution.

We listen to your voice, willing to collaborate with you to refine and improve our solutions.

brand supplies / packaging design
This is optional. after the brand option is approved. if necessary, Business stationery, signage, packaging, vehicle branding and many other communication tools have to be designed so they all send a unified brand message.

develop brand guideline
This is optional. after the brand option is approved. if necessary, all important brand applications are designed and standardized in a brand guidelines book including: brand fonts, colour palette, etc. Known simply as “brand guidebook”.

INITIAL MEETING
An initial meet and greet will ensure that we are all on the same page. From there we’ll write up a design and functional specification and provide a quote.

IRESEARCH & WIREFRAMES
We’ll do research and concept at this stage, and come up with ideas and moodboard to get a general feeling. Then wireframes will be produced, meaning we can focus solely on UX and functionality before moving onto the design phase.

design
Once the wireframes are signed off, we’ll start to design the initial interface and layout. You’ll get the chance to review the website design at certain phases.

FRONT-END DEVELOPMENT
Front-end development involves taking the web design and building it in HTML,CSS (all our sites are now built using HTML5 and CSS3). This is where you start to see the site working.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Here we integrate your site with the content management system (CMS) of choice, whether that’s Drupal, WordPress, Magento, or something completely custom.

BACK-END DEVELOPMENT
If there is any custom development or custom Drupal plugins, this is where it happens. Back-end work is where the functionality gets refined.

TESTING, TWEAKS & CONTENT
By now you’ll have an almost fully functional website. We’ll go through the testing phase to make sure everything works as it should, and amend any usability issues that crop up. You’ll also get the opportunity to add in your content (or we will do this if that is required), which gives you a chance to have a play with the content management system.

LAUNCH
When everyone is happy and the website is signed off, we’ll move it from our staging server onto your hosting, and it is available for the world to see!

ONGOING MAINTENANCE
We have maintenance contracts available to help maintain your site once it’s launched. We provide free support (within reason). Please see our full terms and conditions.
